My career includes supervision responsibilities for large-scale BPOs and over 190 technology, servicing, and product vendors. I’ve managed the entire vendor lifecycle—from business needs assessment and vendor identification to RFI/RFP processes, selection, contract negotiations, and post-award operational execution. This end-to-end approach ensures seamless delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives.
